When you really want something tasty for tea, make a quick cake !!!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips (preferably)
  • Cherries or other berries
  • Microwave safe mug

Directions

  1. Add dry ingredients to the mug, stir with a fork.
  2. Add the egg and mix again.
  3. Pour in milk, butter, vanilla, carry out a thorough final mixing, add chocolate chips (optional).
  4. Now boldly put the mug in the microwave: at 800 power – for 4 minutes, at 750 – for 5 minutes, at 700, like mine, for 7 minutes. Don’t worry if the cupcake rises above the mug – this is normal.
  5. In general, I also added coffee and cappuccino instead of cocoa, and sometimes I didn’t add anything at all.))) Various berries, nuts, dried apricots … In general, you can experiment.
