Quick Cupcakes on Yogurt

Delicate, fluffy and budget cakes that can be prepared in just 30 minutes, along with baked goods. A great option when there is no time for long cooking.

Ingredients
- Natural yogurt (kefir or sour cream) – 160 ml
- Odorless vegetable oil – 60 ml
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Flour – 130 g (1 glass with a capacity of 200 ml)
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 110 g (to taste)
- Salt – 1 pinch
Directions
- We begin to preheat the oven to 180 ° C even before the dough is prepared – it will take less than 10 minutes to knead. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Sugar, if you like sweet pastries, you can add a little more. We mix.
- In another container, mix eggs, odorless vegetable oil and yogurt (kefir or sour cream) with a whisk until smooth. A mixer is not necessary here.
- Add the flour mixture to the liquid ingredients and quickly knead the dough without lumps. It turns out to be quite liquid.
- Place the dough into the cupcake tins, filling them halfway (ten cupcakes).
- We bake quick muffins on yogurt (kefir or sour cream) for about 20 minutes.
