Ingredients

  • 750 g plum (s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash, halve and stone the plums. Mix the soft fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt for approx. 5 minutes until creamy. Stir in the eggs alternately with the pudding powder. Mix the flour and baking powder, briefly stir in together with the lemon juice.
  2. Spread the dough in a springform pan (26 Ø) that has been greased and dusted with flour. Spread the plums evenly on top and bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C (fan oven 150 ° C) for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle the cake with a little powdered sugar or sugar and cinnamon.
