  • 400 g puff pastry
  • 300 g tuna, pickled in oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Onion (s) as required

Instructions

  1. Cut the garlic and onions. Fry in a pan in a little heated oil until golden brown. Then add the diced pepper and the shredded tuna. Let everything stew for about 5 minutes. Then season the filling with salt and pepper.
  2. Take a square piece of puff pastry, add some of the filling (approx. 1-2 tablespoon) and close the dough in a triangle shape. Press the edges together firmly with a fork.
  3. Bake in the oven at 170 ° C for about 20 minutes.
  4. The filling is enough for 12 pies.
