Ingredients

  • 75 g double cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 1 pack dough for croissant (finished product)
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Wash the strawberries, chop them roughly and fold in.
  2. Put the croissant dough into three rectangles and place the strawberry mixture on the lower half.
  3. Fold the dough over it and press it down well at the edges.
  4. Now bake in the oven according to the instructions. Before serving, melt the butter and brush the empanadas with it and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.
