Insanely delicious scrambled eggs are obtained if you cook them in the English style. Here, in addition to eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans in tomato sauce, sausages and bacon. The bacon adds a smoky flavor to all ingredients. Try it, it’s delicious!
We prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list.
Cut the toast bread in half diagonally.
Fry bread on both sides in a dry grill pan. Then put the toast on a plate, and remove the bread crumbs from the pan.
Remove the shell from the sausages. On one side of the sausages we make transverse cuts at a short distance (about 0.5 cm).
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
We wash the champignons, dry them with a napkin, cut them into 2-4 pieces, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
Preheat a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Fry the sausages and bacon over medium heat until browned to the desired degree.
In another pan, heat the remaining vegetable oil. Fry tomatoes and mushrooms for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add bacon, beans (previously drained tomato sauce) and sausages to mushrooms and tomatoes. We break eggs, salt to taste.
Fry the eggs until tender. I always leave the yolk runny.
Scrambled eggs in the English style are ready. Sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
