Ernie`s Banana Bread Hot and Sweet

Ingredients

1 roll (milk or raisin roll)
1 banana (s), preferably overripe
cream quark or jam (strawberry or blueberry) or Nutella
some sugar
1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

Cut open the milk roll or raisin roll and toast.
Depending on your preference, you can now smear the spread of your choice on it - I prefer cream quark because it enhances the taste of the banana. But it also tastes wonderful with strawberry or blueberry jam or simply with Nutella. Then peel the banana, cut into slices and place on the smeared bun. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Grill everything under the grill (e.g. microwave) for about 7 minutes.
