Bread with Banana

One of the favorite types of baked goods – banana bread or, more precisely, banana cake, is prepared from the most affordable products, and even a novice cook can handle the preparation.

Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 2 Glasses
- Banana – 3 Pieces
- Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
- Soda – 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar – 70 Grams
- Baking powder – 1/2 Art. spoons
- Cinnamon – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Vanilla Sugar – 1 Pinch
- Vegetable oil – 50 grams
Directions
- Peel the bananas, beat with a mixer until smooth
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, eggs, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and butter.
- Add the banana puree to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into a baking dish.
- Slightly smooth the dough so that its surface is even.
- Bake in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
- Remove the finished bread from the mold, cut the cooled bread into slices.
