Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g butter, liquid
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg (s)
- 450 g flour, type 550 or liht spelled flour
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 banana (s), very ripe
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Put the milk, butter and honey in the bread maker. Then pour in flour, egg, salt, yeast and sugar. Set to medium tan on the Normal level. In the meantime, mash the bananas to a pulp and mix with the lemon juice. When the BBA sounds the signal, add the bananas to the batter.
