Banana Bread in the Oven

Half-pie, half-bread, but twice as good as both. Even better if it is smeared with oil. Banana bread is often soggy, so be sure to bake it in a well-regulated oven, otherwise, the outside will burn before the inside is baked. If you encounter this problem, check your oven or bake banana bread at a lower temperature.
Ingredients
- banana 3 pcs.
- honey 100 g
- whole grain flour 200 g
- salt 0.5 teaspoon
- soda 1 teaspoon
- butter 2 tbsp
- of vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- walnut 75 g
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Puree the bananas in a food processor or blender, or use a fork for this purpose. Add honey and mix or whisk again. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda together. Add flour to honey and banana mixture, whisk everything together. Add butter, butter, and nuts (optional).
- Pour the dough into greased tins, 23 x 12.5 cm, and bake the banana bread in the oven for about 1 hour. You can check the doneness by pressing lightly with your finger and see if the bread rises. Another way: stick a wooden stick in the middle of the bread, and after pulling it out, see if the dough sticks or the stick remains clean (if it is clean, the bread is ready). After removing the banana bread from the oven, put it to cool.
