Ingredients

  • 6 banana (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 lemon (s), including the juice
  • butter
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 5 dl milk
  • 3 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • Lemon (s) - zest, grated

Instructions

  1. In a greased ovenproof dish, place the sliced bananas in layers and sprinkle each layer with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle some lemon juice over it and put flakes of butter on it.
  2. Whisk egg yolks, milk and cornstarch and pour over the bananas.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar (2) and lemon zest.
  4. Submit and pour over the banana layers.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
