2 banana (s)
Agave syrup, or brown sugar
almonds

Instructions

Halve the bananas lengthways. Leave the bowl on, so you can spoon it out later. Brush with brown sugar or agave syrup, if you like, and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes until the skin turns very dark and the flesh is soft.
Tastes very good with ice cream.
