Almond Cookies “Bananas”

Banana-shaped almond cookies. Very aromatic, light sweetness, melting in the mouth. Very easy to prepare. The largest amount of time is spent on the formation of bananas. Any shape can be made!

Ingredients
- Almond flour – 150 g
- Wheat flour / Flour – 250 g
- Egg yolk (from egg CO) – 2 pcs
- Butter – 180 g
- Salt – 1 pinch.
- Icing sugar (50 g for dough and 100 for boning) – 150 g
- Vanillin – 1 packet.
- Water (In case the dough is very crumbly and does not collect in a lump.) – 1 tbsp
- Baking dough – 1/2 teaspoon.
Directions
- Mix sifted flour with baking powder and add the chopped cold butter. Grind into crumbs.
- Add almond flour, icing sugar, salt, vanillin. Mix.
- Add yolks. Knead a plastic, homogeneous dough. If suddenly the dough does not collect in a lump, add water. If everything is fine, do not add water!
- Cover the finished dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
- After the time has passed, remove the dough. Separate the third part. Knead in your hands. Form a rectangle and divide it into equal parts. Let the rest of the dough lie under the plastic wrap.
- Form the bananas. Place on parchment. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ° for 17 minutes. Focus on your oven!
- Cool slightly on parchment. Warm, roll in powdered sugar. Basically, the sweetness depends on the amount of powder. I love these cookies with a slight sweetness, so I do not roll them but sprinkle them with powder.
