- 500 g wheat flour type 405 or 550
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 140 g butter
- 1 packet baking powder
- 125 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) nutmeg
- 500 g banana (s), very ripe

- Puree the bananas with the hand blender or a food processor.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Add the puree and egg. Mix in the flour, spices and baking powder.
- Fill the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake in the oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 50 - 60 minutes.
