Ingredients
- 750 g potato (s)
- 150 g bacon, streaky
- salt
- 3 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 150 g ham, diced
- 2 tomato (s), diced
- Parsley, finely chopped

- Wash the potatoes and cook in the skin for 30 minutes. Then quench with cold water and peel. Let cool, then cut into slices.
- Dice the bacon, fry in a pan, add the potato slices, salt and roast until light brown. Whisk the eggs with the milk and a little salt. Add the ham cubes. Put the tomatoes in the egg milk and pour over the potatoes. When the egg mixture is set, the farmer`s feast is done.
- Sprinkle with parsley on top.
