Ingredients
- 300 g potato (s)
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 200 ml water
- 5 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 cube meat stock
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Cayenne pepper

- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- In the meantime, fry the minced meat in the pan and chop it up.
- Wash one bell pepper and also cut it into cubes. Add the potatoes and bell pepper to the minced meat. Deglaze everything with the water and add the ketchup and stock. Finally, season with spices and let everything simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
