Ingredients
- 500 g potato (s)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 300 g minced meat, half beef, half pork
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 375 ml vegetable stock
- 500 g tomato (s)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt
- Paprika powder, hot as rose
- thyme
- oregano
- basil
- 1 can corn

- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Fry the mince in the oil. Add the onions and fry them with the broth. Then add the potato cubes and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- In the meantime, dice the tomatoes and add to the saucepan with the tomato paste. Season with salt, rose paprika, thyme, oregano and basil. Drain the corn and add it, let it get hot and serve the farmer`s pot.
