Fast, Easy Soup

Liquid food is essential for our digestion. This simple chicken broth soup is very easy to make and digestible well in the stomach. Very tasty and aromatic!
Ingredients
- Chicken (chicken bone)
- Rice – 50 g
- Carrots, small – 1 pc.
- Small onions – 1 pc.
- Small potatoes – 1 pc.
- Fresh greens
Directions
- Boil the broth (I add peppercorns and bay leaf seasonings). When it’s ready, add the rice.
- While the rice is cooking, chop the potatoes, carrots, and onions.
- As soon as the rice starts to become soft, add the potatoes.
- And while everything is boiling, make a fry in olive oil from onions and carrots. Add frying to the soup, cook for five minutes, and for now, chop the herbs. Turn off the heat and add fresh herbs to the soup. Leave to simmer on the stove.
