Ingredients
- 2 kg smoked pork, lean, pre-cooked
- 1 green pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 large onion (s)
- 2 cups whipped cream or Cremefine
- 300 ml ketchup, preferably homemade
- possibly chilli

- Cut the smoked pork, paprika, onion and mushrooms into cubes and place in a roasting pan or casserole dish. Combine the cream and ketchup and mix in.
- Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- If you don`t use pre-cooked smoked pork, you should fry it briefly in the pan.
- Serve with baguette bread or rolls and butter.
- Of course, you can also take ketchup out of the bottle.
- Those who prefer it a little more fiery can add a little chilli.
