Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 g turkey breast fillet (s), rouhly diced
  • 500 g pasta, short
  • Clarified butter
  • 2 cans tomato (s), chunky with herbs, 45 ml each
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt
  • cumin
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Harissa
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  2. Fry the meat vigorously in clarified butter for about 5 minutes. Remove. Sauté the paprika, onion and garlic in the frying fat for about 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and sour cream and bring to the boil. Season well with the spices. Add the meat again and heat it up.
  3. Drain the pasta and return it to the saucepan. Mix in the sauce and serve
