Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (not too small)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red and orange (or yellow), roughly diced
  • 400 ml vegetable stock (or 200 stock and 200 white wine)
  • 1 cup sour cream / sour cream
  • 1 bunch wild garlic (about 60 g, more if possible), cut into small pieces
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt
  • Pepper, 5-pepper mixture (or black pepper), freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Cut the fillets into 4-5 pieces each. Briefly sear the fillet pieces all over, then remove them from the pan. Sauté the onion in the same pan, then return the chicken to the pan with the onions. Now add the diced peppers and sauté briefly. Pour in the stock (or stock plus white wine), bring to the boil, turn down the switch and let the lid simmer for about 7-8 minutes. Then stir in the sour cream and wild garlic, season and reheat, but do not let it boil.
  2. Serve with pasta - we have tagliatelle with it.
