  • 0.5 liter ½ water
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 potato (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 3 teaspoons thyme or oregano
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Heat the water in a small saucepan.
  2. Remove the tomatoes from the stalk and peel the potatoes. Put the tomatoes and potatoes in the boiling water and cook until soft and take them off the stove.
  3. Now pour off the water by ¾ without taking out the tomatoes and potatoes.
  4. Puree the soft vegetables very finely with the hand blender, add the herbs (thyme, oregano) and tomato paste and bring to the boil again.
  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
