Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges and cook for 10 - 12 minutes (varies depending on the type and size of potatoes).
  2. Then mix the still warm potatoes with the spices. Any remaining sticking of the spices from the spoon or bowl onto the potatoes stick (this results in a nice crust).
