  • 120 g honey or maple syrup
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • 40 g pumpkin seeds
  • 40 g hemp seeds
  • 140 g coconut chips
  • 60 g flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. Weigh the honey or maple syrup (or both mixed) in the mixing bowl and heat for 5 minutes / 70 ° / speed 1 so that it becomes smoother. Then weigh the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix carefully for 3 minutes / left-hand rotation / gentle stirring, if necessary using the spatula.
  2. Spread the muesli mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast for 7-10 minutes at 180 ° C until the coconut flakes start to brown slightly. After about 5 minutes, stir everything well so that the honey is evenly distributed.
  3. Then take the baking sheet out of the oven, let the muesli cool down completely while stirring occasionally and pack it airtight.
  4. Tip: The basic mixture can be expanded as desired with dried fruits or nuts. You can e.g., Enjoy with almond milk and fresh fruits at any time.
