Ingredients
- 500 ml milk, 1.5%
- 40 g cornstarch
- 20 g suar
- 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2 vanilla pod (s)

- Halve the vanilla pods lengthways and scrape out. Put the vanilla pulp and the vanilla pods together with the milk and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Mix the cornstarch with some cold milk.
- When the milk boils, remove the vanilla pod from the milk and pour the mixed cornstarch into the milk, stirring constantly. Bring to the boil again.
