Feta Cheese Wrapped in Ham on Lettuce

Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese in one piece and it has to be natural
- 300 g ham, lean ham, preferably Carinthian ham, in slices
- 2 heads lettuce
- olive oil
- vinegar

- Cut the feta cheese into cubes and remove all fat from the ham, wash the salad and prepare it as normal with vinegar and oil!
- Then roll the cheese cubes in the ham and fry them briefly (approx. 4 minutes) in olive oil until you notice that the cheese is hot but the ham is not burnt - so turn it often!
- Place the lettuce leaves on a large plate and then place the fried ham filled with feta on top.
- I would recommend a stick baguette with it! Good in the evening because the salad doesn`t have a lot of calories!
