Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, curly leaves
- 3 tomato (s), ripe
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ vinegar, 25%
- 25 ml water
- 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
- 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
- Salt and pepper, whiter
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, dried
- 125 g feta cheese
- 1 garlic clove (s), sliced
- Paprika powder, noble sweet

- First put the vinegar, water and oil in a bowl. Then add the brown sugar, onions, garlic and the remaining spices and stir everything together.
- Now add the finely plucked, curly lettuce leaves to the dressing and mix everything together. Finally, the quartered tomatoes and the diced feta cheese are added and everything is mixed together again.
- The salad should now be eaten fresh immediately.
