Ingredients

  • 750 g tomato (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper from the mill (or to taste)
  • 200 g feta cheese, diced
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, fresh, otherwise teaspoon
  • 60 g olives, black
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes, cut eighths. Peel the cucumber (who doesn`t want to!), Quarter lengthways, remove the soft inside, then cut across into small pieces. Arrange the vegetables on a plate, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with diced feta, oregano and olives and mix in. Drizzle with oil.
