Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumber (s)
- 2 packs feta cheese
- 1 can corn
- 2 cups crème fraîche (herbal)
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, to taste

- Wash and peel the cucumber, cut in the middle and scoop out with a small spoon. Then cut into pieces. Drain the feta and also cut it into pieces. Drain the corn.
- Put everything in a bowl and then add the crème fraîche. Stir until everything is creamy. (The cucumbers still give off enough water.)
- Spice up.
- Incredibly fresh tasting salad.
- Instead of salt, pepper and herbs, you can also season with herbs.
