Ingredients

  • 120 g feta cheese
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red cut into thin rings
  • 1 ½ tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mint, dried
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cheese in a bowl. Peel and core the cucumber and cut into small cubes, add to the bowl with onion rings and dill.
  2. Crush the mint into a powder in a mortar. Mix with oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad and mix everything together.
