Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s) (vegetable onion), not too big
  • 125 ml tomato ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco
  • 3 tablespoon basil
  • 200 g cream

Instructions

  1. Put the meat in a greased baking dish. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the onion into rings. Spread both on the meat. Mix a marinade from the liquids and basil and pour over the meat. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Cover the form with aluminum foil and cover at 200 degrees for an hour and then stew open for 15 minutes.
