Ingredients
- 4 fig (s), dried
- 100 g mountain cheese
- 100 g butter, soft
- 4 tablespoon almond (s), finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoon mustard, coarser
- 2 sage leaves
- some salt and pepper

- Roast the chopped almonds in a pan without fat until they start to smell. Be careful not to burn anything.
- Chop the figs into small pieces, finely grate the cheese. Chop the sage into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together and best mix well with a food processor. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Decorate with a sage leaf if necessary. A wholemeal bread or white bread is enough.
