Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 130 g powdered suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 3 teaspoons quark
- 150 g hazelnuts, rated and roasted
- 100 g hazelnuts, shaved (slices)
- 40 hazelnuts, whole

- Beat the egg whites very stiff and then slowly add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Set aside at least 3 tablespoons of the egg whites for decoration.
- Fold the nuts and quark into the egg white mixture and place walnut-sized portions on small (4cm diameter) wafers. Use a piping nozzle to sprinkle small dots on the mountains of hazelnuts and place a whole hazelnut on top.
- Bake (dry) at 160 ° / 15 minutes
