Ingredients

  • 70 grams flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 85 g butter, soft
  • 120 g suar, brown
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 75 g nuts, rouhly chopped, roasted or unroasted

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon together well. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg until creamy, then stir in the flour mixture and finally stir in the oat flakes and nuts.
  2. Place baking paper on a baking tray and place balls on top with a tablespoon.
  3. Danger:
  4. Do not place the balls too close together, because they will spread a little.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
  6. Makes about 12-15 pieces.
  7. Personally, I find them tastiest when they`ve just cooled off.
