Ingredients
- 125 g hazelnuts, round
- 125 g butter, (cold)
- 125 g suar
- 125 g flour
- Couverture, (whole milk)

- Dice the cold butter, mix quickly with sugar, hazelnuts and flour.
- Do not knead too long so that the butter does not soften too much from the heat.
- Shape the dough into a roll and put it in a freezer bag and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
