- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg (s)
- 40 g nuts, rated
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon whipped cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

- Mix the butter with the egg and egg yolk until foamy, add the grated nuts and breadcrumbs, add a tablespoon of whipped cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut off the dumplings with two teaspoons and cook in salted boiling water.
