Ingredients
- 200 g date (s), dried, without stone
- 250 g bacon (breakfast bacon)
- 1 pck. Double cream cheese
- 125 g crème fraîche, with herbs
- some lemon juice
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives or 20 wild garlic leaves
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 orange (s)

- Cut chives or wild garlic leaves into tiny pieces, mix thoroughly with cream cheese and crème fraîche and season with a little lemon juice.
- Fill the dates with this mixture, carefully wrap in bacon and secure with a toothpick. Flatten the parcel a little.
- Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and fry the dates over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Turn in between and check the degree of browning.
- Cut a slice from the oranges on the stem side so that they stand firmly. Pierce the date stickers all around, hedgehog-shaped, into the oranges and serve.
