Ingredients
- 500 g round beef
- 1 half onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon spice mix (BBQ spice powder)
- 2 packs bacon, sliced, approx. 00 g
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce (Bulls Eye BBQ Sauce), smoky, with jalapenos
- 1 packet sheep`s cheese, diced

- Cut the onion into small cubes. Season the minced meat with all the ingredients, crumble in a slice of toast and stir well.
- Shape the finished mass into balls of even size, press 1 cube of sheep cheese into each ball, seal. Wrap the finished balls with 2 slices of bacon and then brush them properly with the BBQ sauce and fry them in a pan.
- You can also cook the bales on the grill.
