Ingredients
- 2 liters white wine
- 200 ml rum, whiter
- 1 orange (s), untreated
- 1 lemon (s), untreated
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 5 star anise
- 10 carnation (s)
- some ginger, fresher
- 500 ml grape juice, white
- Cane sugar, brown
- honey

- Wash and slice the lemon and orange. Heat the wine in a saucepan, but do not let it boil. Now add the lemon and orange slices. Add a little honey and cane sugar to taste.
- Cut the ginger into thin slices and add with the remaining ingredients. Add the rum just before serving.
- Let the mixture steep for about 30 minutes on a low flame. Not cook!
