- 1 bottle calvados
- 1 bottle white wine
- 200 ml apple juice
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4 carnation (s)
- 1 slice (s) lemon (s), untreated, which 2 s
- Sugar, brown

- Put the cinnamon stick and cloves in a tea filter and tie it up!
- Put the calvados, white wine and apple juice in a large saucepan. Add the tea filter and lemon wedges, heat but do not boil. Season to taste with brown sugar. It`s best to let it sit for a few hours.
- Serve hot, remove the tea filters and lemons beforehand!
