- 1 bottle white wine
- 1 cm ginger root
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 5 tablespoon honey
- 0.5 liter ½ apple juice
- 4 cl amaretto
- 3 clove (s)

- Heat the white wine vigorously, but do not let it boil.
- Ginger, peel and cut into thin slices (against the fibers), add with the cinnamon sticks, cloves, honey and apple juice and let steep for about 12-15 minutes.
- Then pour through a sieve and round off with the almond liqueur.
