Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 100 g suar
- 125 g butter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
- Apples, halved, peeled and pitted
- 750 g cream
- 100 g suar
- 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla

- Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, 100 g sugar, butter, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Roll out the dough and place in the prepared springform pan (line some of the edge with it).
- Place the prepared apples on the batter.
- Cook a vanilla pudding from the remaining ingredients and immediately pour it over the apples while still hot.
- Bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes (hot air approx. 160 degrees)
