To be honest, the pie was prepared from the products that were. Yes, and in the microwave, though with convection (the oven does not work). But it turned out to be a very tasty and juicy pie!
Cook: 1 hour
Servings: 8
Ingredients
Dough:
Flour – 300 g
Dry yeast – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon.
Warm milk – 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp Filling:
Minced fish (you can also eat meat, only then instead of rice potatoes are better) – 300 g
Boiled rice – 100 g
Onions – 1-2 pcs.
Dill – to taste
Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
Salt, pepper – to taste
Mold oil
Directions
Dough. Dissolve dry yeast in warm milk (water) with sugar. Let the dough come up for 10 minutes. Add salt, butter, and flour, knead everything well. The dough should be slightly softer than usual. If it comes out of the liquid, add a little more flour. Let the dough come up, I put it in a bag, but did not tie it, and I heated it in the microwave for 10 seconds (I left it there for 40 minutes). During this time, I beat the dough (so that it settled a little) two times.
Filling. Boil the rice (if it sticks together, you can rinse it a little). Minced fish (I have it from fresh pink salmon since I live in the Far East) we mix it with finely chopped onions (you can saute), dill, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Knead the dough again, divide into 2 parts, and one part should be larger than the other. Grease the mold with oil (I have a saucepan with a diameter of 20 cm). Layout most of the dough, make the boards. Layout the filling, cover with dough, pinch the edges.
Grease the cake with butter. I covered the saucepan. If you cook in the oven, you don’t need to cover with anything, the microwave for some reason dries out the baked goods a little. I set it to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, remove the cake from the mold, sprinkle with water, and cover with a towel.
