Ingredients

  • 500 g spinach leaves, fresh
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, Italian, dried
  • 500 g fish fillet (s), e.. saithe
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tomato (s), bottle tomato
  • 3 tablespoon cheese, grated, e.g. Emmentaler

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the spinach.
  2. Cut the onion into rings, roughly chop the garlic and sauté in the olive oil in a large pan.
  3. Add the dripping wet spinach and let it collapse.
  4. Season with salt and herbs and place in a baking dish.
  5. Clean, sour, salt the fish and add to the spinach.
  6. Cut the tomato into slices and sprinkle with salt and herbs on the fish.
  7. Sprinkle with the cheese and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  8. Then switch to 210 degrees top heat or grill function until the cheese has a nice crust.
  9. This takes another 3 to 5 minutes.
  10. We like to eat ciabatta with it.
