Fish with Caper and Parsley Oil

A recipe for fried fish that is amazing in its availability, speed, and taste. The recipe is simple, as they say, “to disgrace.” Despite the simplicity of preparation, thanks to the sauce, the fish is very tasty, with a pleasant acidity of the lemon and the piquancy of capers.

Ingredients

  • Fish (cod, haddock, flounder) – 1 pc.
  • Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Olive oil (for frying)
  • For the sauce:
  • Fresh parsley – 1 bunch
  • Capers – 1 teaspoon
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Lemon – 1/2 pc.

Directions

  1. Cut the fish into fillets. Dip in flour mixed with salt and pepper. Fry in heated olive oil in a pan until golden brown.
  2. Make the sauce in parallel. Melt the butter, wait until the foam comes off. Add finely chopped parsley and capers, squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Stir and heat for 30 seconds.
  3. Put the hot fish on a plate, pour over the resulting sauce and serve, enjoying the aroma.
