  • 1 kg potato (s), new, small ones
  • 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil with butter flavor (Alba oil)
  • salt
  • Parsley, to taste

Parsley Potatoes Fried in Alba Oil

Instructions

  1. The roasting time is approx. 30 minutes.
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook them in salted water. Then pour them off and drain well.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes with their skins until crispy brown. Finally add the parsley and mix well with the potatoes.
