- 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 bunch parsley

- Peel the potatoes and cook them in plenty of salted water. In the meantime, sort the parsley and chop it a little finer.
- When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and add the butter and parsley. At the end, carefully swirl the well-closed saucepan so that the butter melts well and the parsley spreads. The potatoes are now ready to serve.
