Ingredients

  • 400 g fish fillet (s) (pollack, cod or similar)
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • 80 g butter, soft
  • 3 teaspoons capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Chives for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish fillet and pat dry well. The remaining ingredients in a bowl
