  • 2 banana (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Rum (preferably more strong)
  • Whipped cream, liquid

Instructions

  1. Cut the peeled bananas into pieces. Fry in butter on one side, then turn. Drizzle with honey and continue to fry.
  2. Heat the rum in a ladle over an open flame. Light and pour over the bananas. Let it burn out. Deglaze with cream and reduce a little.
  3. Distribute the banana pieces on a plate and top with the cream and caramel sauce.
