Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 200 g ham, cut into strips
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tomato (s), diced
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 dl cream
  • Seasoning (s), to taste
  • 0.5 dl ½ cognac, to flambé
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. The spaghetti is cooked al dente in salted water in the kitchen. The sauce is prepared at the table as follows: Melt the butter in a flambé pan. Steam the onion cubes. Sauté tomatoes, mushrooms, ham and season to taste. Bring everything to the boil. Pour the cognac over it and let it warm up briefly. Then light it up. Add the cream and parsley, add seasoning if necessary. Mix everything with the spaghetti.
